VIDEO: Special Guest Star Confirmed For This Week’s NXT

Time for a guest star! There are legends in WWE’s history and a lot of them are among the best of all time. WWE has had some incredibly talented people over the years, many of whom are still recognizable to this day. Something about them remains memorable all these years later and now we are going to be seeing one of the more memorable ones again next week.

WWE Hall of Famer Ted DiBiase has announced that he will be making another appearance during next week’s edition of NXT. DiBiase has been involved in a feud with Cameron Grimes, who recently made a fortune on the stock market. This has caused Grimes to try to buy various expensive things, only to be outbid by DiBiase every single time. DiBiase has now appeared on NXT three times to thwart Grimes every time.

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that I love to see. Grimes had something happen to him in his real life and NXT turned it into a fun twist on the character. Instead of changing everything though, they adjusted what Grimes was already doing. Then DiBiase was added in, because he is perfect as a foil for Grimes in the whole row. That is how you use legends properly, and thankfully NXT gets the idea a lot better than its main roster counterparts.
