Would that count as a thank you? Chris Jericho is the biggest star that AEW has and that means that he has some pull in one of the fastest rising promotions in recent history. While AEW has already had some success, they still have a long way to go and that means there are several new talents that can help make things better. It turns out that Jericho has his eye on a certain talent.

Jericho recently appeared on Collider Live and was asked which female talent he wanted to sign to AEW. Jericho answered with Tessa Blanchard, who is currently working for Impact Wrestling. However, Blanchard did appear on All In and her father Tully Blanchard was recently named as manager for AEW wrestler Shawn Spears. There is no word on when Tessa’s Impact Wrestling contract is up.

Straight from the star’s mouth. Check out Jericho’s statement about Tessa (5:17):

Opinion: It’s easy to say that Jericho has a great eye for talent but it’s hard to not see how great Tessa is. She is one of if not the most talented female (or any kind of) wrestlers in the world today and any company would want to have her. Hopefully she gets to showcase her talents on a major stage and AEW is about as big of a place as she is likely to go anytime soon.

Will Tessa wind up in AEW? Who would you like to see her face? Let us know in the comments below.
