Count along! The Royal Rumble is one of the most unique matches of the year (ok maybe not so much now that there are two of them). It has the most people involved of any match of the year and guarantees you a big match later on down the line should you win. The drama involved is outstanding and there really is no other match like it. The match is so unique that it can be broken down in a different way, which WWE does every year.

It only comes once a year. Check out one of the best things WWE does:

The Royal Rumble Match by the numbers

WWE has released its annual Rumble By The Numbers video, featuring a look at the Royal Rumble over the years by breaking things down statistically. This includes a host of different things, including a look at time, number of eliminations, wins and more, both overall and individual. WWE puts this out every year in an updated version, though most of them are aired on the television shows.

Opinion: I love this thing and I look forward to it every year. It’s the kind of thing you don’t get to see every week and that’s part of why the Royal Rumble it’s special. You know it’s coming and that makes it all the more entertaining. WWE doesn’t look at things like this very often though when they do, it’s very well done. The numbers change every year, and that’s why these things get such good updates.

Which of the stats impress me the most? Which records will be broken this year? Let us know in the comments below.
