And so, it continues. Over the last few weeks, the saga of Nikki Bella and John Cena’s relationship has continued to evolve. The two were to be married earlier this month but split up just before the wedding date. Since then, the two of them have been in the news all over the place, with various outlets talking about their mental states and where things might go. Cena was back in the news again today with a statement that seemed to change a lot of things.

Nikka Bella’s Reaction to John Cena’s Heartbreaking Plea on 'Today'

Cena was interviewed on the Today Show this morning where he spoke about wanting to be with Bella again and wanting to be the father of her children. Later in the day, Bella was interviewed by Extra and first heard about the comments. Bella was stunned and speechless, without having much to say in response. There is no word on when the two of them are scheduled to publicly appear together next.

What else has Cena been saying lately?

Opinion: The more I see of this story, the more convinced that I am that we’re just waiting on the big episode of Total Bellas where they get back together and have their wedding, which is the big deal for shows like this. This whole thing has been played to perfection and fans of the show want to see Bella get everything she wants, which is what it seems she’ll be getting at the end of the day. You know, the entire point of the show.
