Back at it? With so many talented stars on the AEW roster, it can be difficult to figure out something for all of them to do. This can result in a variety of wrestlers sitting on the sidelines for a long time for one reason or another, occasionally due to a lack of creative plans. Every so often you will see someone pop up elsewhere though and that is what we’re seeing again.

Ricky Starks has not wrestled for AEW since March amid rumors of creative differences with the company. Starks appeared at the Glory Pro Wrestling show in St. Louis, Missouri over the weekend and attacked Sean Logan. Starks went on to cut a promo, setting up a match against Kody Lane for November 24. This will be Starks’ first match anywhere since May 31. There is no word on when he will be returning to AEW TV.
Starks is a star anywhere. Check out his appearance over the weekend and time in AEW:
Opinion: This is something interesting but what matters is Starks at least getting back in the ring somewhere. I’m curious to see what is going on with Starks in AEW, as you can only get so much out of him when he is sitting on the sidelines for months at a time. Starks is a talented star and it’s frustrating having him waiting for something to happen with AEW. I’ll take what I can get though, as Starks is that good.
