It’s a long time coming. If there is one thing that WWE loves to do, it is tout its own history. Whether it be promoting some of its legends or hyping up something that has happened before, WWE knows how to promote itself and everything they have done over the years. We might be getting one of the more traditional ways to promote that history in the near future.

One of the best things that WWE does every year is present its annual Hall of Fame class. The company inducts a collection of wrestlers for each year’s class, including various legends, tag teams, managers and more. It is something that can create quite a bit of debate every year but there is also one major thing missing from the whole concept. That might be changing soon.

Ric Flair recently appeared on ESPN’s the Jump and revealed that WWE is building a physical Hall of Fame in Orlando, Florida. Flair revealed that WWE had been wanting to use one of his robes in the Hall of Fame. There was no specific location announced, but Flair did mention that the building of the facility has been delayed due to the Coronavirus pandemic. It is not clear when the building will be open to the public.

The Hall of Fame is kind of awesome. Check out Flair’s comments and some great Hall of Fame moments:

Opinion: This is one of those things that WWE has teased for the better part of ever so I’m not entirely convinced that we are going to be seeing it happen this time around. I’d love to see it happen as it would be one of the cooler things to get to see, but at the same time it is a little hard to believe that they are finally putting the thing together. WWE certainly has the resources and materials to do this, but at some point they have to actually do the work.

Will WWE actually do this? What do you want to see included? Let us know in the comments below.
