To the other side. There are several ways to change a wrestler’s career trajectory and some of them can be a big deal. One of the most common is to have someone move from good to bad or vice versa, which can be a huge switch for everything they are doing. It can lead to quite a few new feuds and now we are seeing that again, as a former champion is going in another direction.

This week on NXT, the Kabuki Warriors successfully defended the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles against NXT Woen’s Champion Lyra Valkyria and Tatum Paxley. Following the match, Roxanne Perez came to the ring and attacked Valkyria, including snapping Valkyria’s arm across the turnbuckle. Valkyria was taken away from the arena in an ambulance. This was a full heel turn for Perez, who had been acting more aggressive in recent weeks. There is no word on how long Valkyria will be out of action.

Opinion: This is something that has been teased for a long time now and it is interesting to see Perez finally go over to the other side. That is something she has been needing in recent weeks, as there is little left for her to do as a hero. Odds are we’ll be seeing Stand & Deliver match between the two and there is quite the strong chance that we could see the title change hands as well.
