It’s that time of the year. There are a lot of things that go into a long running wrestling show. You will see all kinds of emotions at different times and that can make for some interesting moments. Most of the time you will be seeing violence, but other times include different situations, such as comedy and even romance. That was brought up in a recent WWE video and it made for some interesting statements.

Romance is something that has helped drive a lot of stories in wrestling. There have been on screen couples for decades in wrestling and that will be the case for a lot longer going forward. It can make for some emotional situations as well as some additional drama as the relationships can go in a lot of different directions. This time though, the direction was backwards as we look to the past a little bit.

In honor of Valentines’ Day later this week, WWE has uploaded a new video showing wrestlers talking about their childhood crushes. The video includes names such as Lio Rush, Bayley, Sasha Banks, John Morrison and others talking about various celebrities that they had crushes on when they were younger. Several of them are repeated, but a few are rather unique, with Morrison having a rather specific story.

It’s a pretty cool look back. Check out the selections:

Opinion: These things are always fun as they show a much more humanized version of the wrestlers. There are a lot of fans who are going to be in the same age range as these people and getting to hear that they have this many similarities is kind of interesting. It personalizes things a little bit more and that isn’t something that often happens with such larger than life characters.
