You have to keep the roster moving. With so many wrestlers moving in and out of any given promotion these days, it makes sense to keep things feeling as fresh as possible. That is the kind of thing that can make for some interesting shifts, as there are only so many places for all of these wrestlers to go. Now we have one wrestler coming in and another going.
Impact Wrestling has a long history of treating their women’s division, called the Knockouts, as one of the most important parts of their show. For well over ten years, the Knockouts have been treated as a serious part of the company and it has done a lot for women’s wrestling in general. That amount of time has built up quite a bit of history, and now some of that history is coming back.
This should be a big deal. Check out the big return announcement:
As of this week, Impact Wrestling has both gained and lost a member of the Knockouts Division. During this week’s edition of Impact Wrestling, an announcement was made that former Knockouts Champion Taylor Wilde would be returning to the promotion for the first time in over ten years. Wilde did not have a specific return date announced, other than that she was “returning soon”.
Then there was a departure. Check out how the last match went:
Following her loss to Havok during this week’s edition of Impact Wrestling, Nevaeh has announced that she will be leaving the promotion. She has sent out a tweet, thanking the company for the last year and saying how great it has been. Nevaeh debuted during the second night of Rebellion on April 28, 2020 and spent most of her time teaming with Havok. The two have recently split and feuded, setting up this feud.
Turns out, I was the weakest link.
Thank you to @IMPACTWRESTLING, this last year was incredible for me. ? https://t.co/UgcqHQqsBf

Opinion: This is the kind of move that has to be done every now and then, which makes things feel all the more interesting. I’m not sure what Wilde is going to be doing in Impact going forward as she has not been around for a very long time but she certainly has the credentials to earn a shot. It is certainly worth a shot and maybe it could wind up working out rather well.
Then you have Nevaeh, who came into the promotion about a year ago and wound up doing quite well. She was a good choice for Havok’s partner as they made for a nice monster team. I’m sure she is going to have multiple options to pick from in regards to where she wants to go, which she certainly deserves. Nevaeh did a nice job in Impact Wrestling and that is going to serve her well elsewhere.
