Change it up? There are some very talented wrestlers in the world today but at some point they are going to get stale. Through no fault of their own, eventually a wrestler is going to become too familiar to the audience and need something new to spice things up again. The talent is there but it needs a different presentation. We may be about to see that on SmackDown.

There is something special about masked wrestlers. Not only do the masks often look great, but they offer a unique aura to the person wearing them. In some cases they make the wrestlers feel like a superhero, which can be a great way to make a wrestler seem more important. This is even more true in the case of a smaller wrestler, but now things might be changing for one of them.

This is certainly different. Check out what a masked wrestler might be doing:

SmackDown star Kalisto has posted a new video to Twitter with his mask off, though his back is to the camera. Kalisto says fans have been wondering what he has been doing and looks at his mask. He talks about what the mask means and then puts it on, saying it allows him to be anyone. Kalisto also says he is ready to be introduced to the world but we will have to wait. His most recent match came on the Survivor Series Kickoff Show and has been out of action with a shoulder injury.

A healthy Kalisto is quite valuable. Check out what he can do in the ring:

Opinion: I’m curious to see what Kalisto can do as he has always been worth watching. There is a charisma to go with his athleticism and he can do things in the ring that few others are able to pull off. Kalisto is someone who should get more time than he does and maybe WWE is interested in giving him a bigger platform than he had been receiving before his injury.
