Here he comes again? Every now and then you see a wrestler who not only commands you attention but keeps every single bit of it. That is the kind of person who is going to be a big star in a hurry and if a promotion can find someone like that, it would make a lot of sense to do something special with them. NXT has done just that and now we might be seeing him again.
While NXT has been chugging along, NXT UK has done quite well for itself in the few years it has been around. The promotion has built up a variety of stories and established some major stars, but there are a few who stand out above the rest. The United Kingdom Title has been all but a guarantee of success and now one of the more impressive champions may be on his way stateside.
This could be big. Check out who might be back:
A vignette aired this week on NXT, featuring Imperium talking about their dominance of America at the beginning of 2020. Then everything changed, with the team being separated. The team’s power is in its unity though and the return of Alexander Wolfe last week was just the beginning. The video also included several clips of United Kingdom Champion Walter, who has not been in NXT since the Coronavirus pandemic began. Walter’s name was not mentioned in the video.
Opinion: Well if we just have to. Walter is the kind of person who made you pay attention the second that you saw him and he is well on his way to the longest United Kingdom Title reign of all time. That would put him past Pete Dunne, whose record seemed almost untouchable. I could go for a lot more Walter in NXT, and that very well seems to be what is coming up sooner rather than later.
