Has it been that long already? Chris Jericho made his WWE debut back in August 1999 with one of the most memorable segments of all time. That was the first of many debuts for Jericho, who would show up in WWE time after time. However, the second one doesn’t get as much attention as it should. On the ten year anniversary, we can help with that a little bit.

WWE has posted a video of Jericho making his return on November 18, 2007, marking his first WWE appearance in over two years. Jericho immediately targeted Raw World Champion Randy Orton, setting up a title match at the upcoming “Armageddon 2007” pay per view. This has been set up with a series of videos showing the words SAVE US over and over again with various cryptic clues. Here’s the full return.

Chris Jericho returns to WWE: Raw, Nov. 19, 2007

Opinion: Other than messing up the return by showing Jericho backstage before the return, this worked incredibly well with Jericho being a much needed shot of adrenaline to the “Monday Night Raw” roster. There was potential to him being back and the return still felt like a big deal before it became much more commonplace.

What did you think of Jericho’s return? Who did you think it would be? Let us know in the comments below.
