It’s a tradition. We are just over a week away from WrestleMania 37 and that means we are in the final push towards the show. That could make for some interesting moments as WWE tries to come up with the most impactful way to set up the biggest nights of the year. WWE has done this since the beginning of WrestleMania and they are going to be using one of their favorite methods this year as well.
Celebrities have been a huge part of WrestleMania’s history. The first WrestleMania featured a celebrity in the ring in the main event and the tradition has continued ever since. While celebrities have wrestled multiple times on the show, they have much more often been on the outside looking in. Now we know who the next WrestleMania celebrity will be and he is getting a test run before the show.
During a recent episode of his Impaulsive podcast, YouTube star Logan Paul confirmed that he will be appearing at WrestleMania 37. Paul is currently scheduled to appear on this week’s SmackDown as a guest during Sami Zayn’s red carpet premiere for the trailer for his documentary. There is no word on what he will be doing at WrestleMania, where Zayn will be facing Kevin Owens.
This could be interesting. Check out the announcement and what Paul is getting into:
Opinion: I’m not sure what Paul is going to bring to WrestleMania but hopefully he brings some kind of an audience. Paul certainly has a following and it makes sense to have him in on WWE if it could increase the audience that much. It is something that WWE has done for years now and it could be a good idea to bring him in as well. Paul may not be your traditional wrestling celebrity, but those can often create a bigger impact.
