You don’t see that very often. Wrestling is a unique medium as you have characters who are trying to convince you that they are being themselves while also having to work together to keep things safe. Back in the day, it was rare to have wrestlers ever break their on-screen characters, though things have changed a bit in recent years. That was the case again recently, though in a rather nice way.

SmackDown star Bayley was recently interviewed by SportsKeeda and offered praise to two fellow SmackDown women. Bayley spoke about how Natalya and Tamina worked well together and brought out the best in each other and praises Tamina for the passion that she had. She was also pleased to see the two of them getting to wrestle on both nights of WrestleMania, even though Bayley did not wrestle on the show.

Bayley had some nice things to say. Check out her interview, plus her in the ring with both of them:

Bayley tries to counter Tamina’s raw power: WWE Money in the Bank 2020 (WWE Network Exclusive)

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that you do not see very often but it does mean something. Bayley is one of the most successful women in WWE at the moment and it means a lot to have her offer praise to Natalya and Tamina. The two of them do not get the same amount of attention that everyone else gets and it is nice to see someone give them a little praise.

It is a lot more common to see wrestlers break their characters like this, though we are long past the point of the illusion being a reality. Bayley is not exactly breaking new ground by saying that she is close to other members of the roster and showing her respect for them. It helps that she is great at what she does on television and will have a heck of a match with Bianca Belair this weekend at WrestleMania Backlash.

What do you think of Bayley? Does this kind of character breaking bother you? Let us know in the comments below.
