It didn’t work out. There are a lot of wrestling promotions in the world today and some of them have more success than others. You never know when a promotion is going to take off and go somewhere, which can be a lot of fun to see. At the same time though, a lot of promotions just never make it and that seems to be what is happening with a controversial promotion that hasn’t been around long.
During a new interview with the Ten Count Podcast, EC3 announced that Control Your Narrative will not be able to run its upcoming twenty four city tour, which had been scheduled to start on October 14, as planned. This comes as Adam Scherr (Braun Strowman) and Karrion Kross have both re-signed with WWE, pulling them from Control Your Narrative. While EC3 said that the company would try to salvage some of the dates, the promotion’s website has no upcoming shows listed. Control Your Narrative ran less than ten events since its founding in May 2021.
There is a good bit here. Check out the full interview:
Opinion: Given how controversial Control Your Narrative was from its inception, it didn’t feel like it had the longest term potential. I’m not overly surprised something like this happened, as it was also built around three people, two of whom are now gone. That doesn’t leave much in the way of a future and that appears to have become a reality rather quickly.
