Update On WWE's Plans For Trish Stratus

They have an idea. There have been almost countless wrestlers throughout WWE’s history and some of those names have gone on to become some of the biggest names in all time. A few of those wrestlers will still be brought back after some time away from the ring for one reason or another. That is what we might be seeing again soon with one of the biggest legends in the company’s history.

Earlier this month at the Royal Rumble, WWE Hall Of Famer Trish Stratus made a surprise return, entering the show’s namesake match. According to Fightful Select, Stratus has been discussed for upcoming WWE appearances, though it is not clear if a deal has been made. Stratus is expected to be involved in the build to Elimination Chamber on March 1, which takes place in her hometown of Toronto.

Opinion: This makes sense, as Stratus is one of the most prominent stars of her era and is already tied in to the city of Toronto. I could go for seeing what they have planned for her, as she could certainly be a big deal if given the chance. Stratus can clearly still go in the ring and it would be nice to see her do something to help boost up the already talented younger generation.
