They’re still working on it. WWE has been undergoing a bunch of changes in recent months, including Monday Night Raw leaving cable television after more than thirty years for a new spot on Netflix. The show is still a work in progress and that is likely going to be the case for the time being. For now though, at least one detail is still being worked on and that is part of the point.

One of the biggest changes to Monday Night Raw on Netflix is the show’s run time, which has been described as “flexible”. The first week’s edition lasted over tree hours while this week’s show ran just over two and a half hours. According to Fightful Select by way of Cagesideseats.com, WWE knows about how long they want the show to be every week, but neither of the two shows so far reflect that time. It is not clear how long the average show will last every week.

Opinion: This is where things are still seemingly in a state of flux and that is an interesting place to be. After so many years of Monday Night Raw being locked into the same amount of time, having this kind of freedom is quite the shakeup. I’m not sure how that is going to go, but it was nice to have the show wrapped up earlier this week rather than stretching it out to fit a requirement.
