It just keeps coming. There are certain wrestlers who reach a point where the fans do not want to see them anymore. It might be due to something they have done in the ring or something that has taken place outside, or maybe a combination of the two. That can make for some negative situations, which was the case last week with an all time legend. Now though, it seems that things have gotten even worse.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: WRESTLING RUMORS: WWE Considering Changes To Hall Of Fame Ceremony
Hulk Hogan made an appearance last week on the Monday Night Raw Netflix debut episode, where he was loudly booed by the live crowd. According to Wrestling Observer Radio, WWE is still planning to bring him back for this month’s Saturday Night’s Main Event, though it is not clear what he would be doing. Hogan has been featured in advertisements for the show. He is said to have been “booed like crazy” when he was shown this week on Monday Night Raw.
It didn’t go well. Check out some wrestlers being booed in WWE:
Opinion: Bringing Hogan back at this point seems a bit risky at best, but maybe it is worth another chance. There is still a chance that it was the one particular audience that did not want to see him, but the reception this week doesn’t make that seem likely. There are times when someone’s day is over and that very well may be the case with Hogan. It’s a risky move for WWE, but it might be Hogan’s last chance.
