That is kind of worse. Injuries can come from out of nowhere in wrestling and unfortunately there is only so much that can be done to avoid them entirely. Wrestlers get hurt all the time and unfortunately one of the only things that can be done is wait and see just how bad something may be. Now it seems that an initial report might be inaccurate compared to how things are.

Earlier this week, Wardlow defeated Komander in a match on AEW Dynamite, but seemed to damage his knee in the process. After the show was over, Wardlow posted a message online, saying that his knee was fine. However, according to Wrestling Observer Radio, Wardlow is apparently not fine and may have suffered a torn meniscus. He is expected to get checked out later this week and it is not clear how much, if any, ring time he may miss.

Opinion: As is usually the case with an injury, all we can do is wait and see just how bad things are. Wardlow certainly did not seem to be ok at the end of the match and now he might be missing some time as a result. Hopefully things are not too bad, as a knee injury is something that can leave someone out of action for a very long time if things ar ethat serious.
