Video: A UFC Champion Wants To Fight John Cena In A Ladder Match For Nikki Bella

When two sports collide. Last year, one of the biggest stories in wrestling was the breakup of Nikki Bella and John Cena. While it might not have meant much in the world of wrestling, it meant something in entertainment, as the pair was the focus of a reality TV show while also being stars in wrestling. Now that they’ve split though, another celebrity might be interested in Bella.

In a recent interview, UFC Flyweight Champion Henry Cejudo mentioned that he ran into the Bella Twins on a recent flight and has a crush on Nikki. Since then, Nikki has responded in an interview for TMZ Sports, saying she would be interested in training with Cejudo and possibly having a drink with him. Cejudo was interviewed by the same outlet in response, saying that he would fight Cena in a ladder match for Nikki.

Opinion: While I don’t think this is exactly something serious, it’s cool to see wrestlers and mixed martial artists talking like this. They’re two different sports that have enough similarities to start something up and when you add in Nikki, who is becoming more of a mainstream star, it’s a little more interesting. This might not have the biggest audience, but there are some who are going to eat this up for a reason.
