The big push home. We are less than two weeks away from the Royal Rumble and that means things are going to start getting interesting over the next few shows. That should be a rather good thing, but there are also a few other things that need to be done other than the show’s namesake matches. There are some more things that need to be done, and one of the bigger ones will be addressed next week.

In addition to the two Royal Rumble matches, we also have a pair of World Title matches. The Monday Night Raw side will see Goldberg challenging Drew McIntyre for the WWE Championship, which has not exactly been the most popular match in the world. The match itself could be a good, hard hitting fight, but they are going to have to work uphill due to some situations beyond their control. One of their biggest chances will come next week.

This week on Monday Night Raw, WWE announced that both Goldberg and McIntyre will return on next week’s show. This will be the first appearance for both since the January 4 Raw Legends show. McIntyre has been out of action due to testing positive for the Coronavirus. There is no word on what the two will be doing on the show, which will be the final episode before the Royal Rumble.

Opinion: I’m not sure what this is going to mean for the two of them, but they are going to need to do something to make the match seem more interesting. There was only so much of a reason for the match to take place at the start and then they lost two weeks as a result. Hopefully the final push works well, but they are going to have a rough go of it to make things work out.
