A lighter load. The Bloodline Saga has dominated WWE for almost three years now, but Roman Reigns has started to lose his grip on everything. Reigns has not only lost a good chunk of his team, but also suffered his first pinfall in over three years. There is not much left for him to lose, though now he appears to have lost something else, albeit voluntarily this time.

This week on SmackDown, Reigns and the rest of the Bloodline opened the show. During the appearance, Paul Heyman was not holding the previous two World Title belts, leaving Reigns only wearing the newly designed title belt. In previous weeks, Reigns had come to the ring with all three titles. There was no reference to the titles being gone and nothing to suggest that they will be back.
Reigns has done a lot with the titles. Check out some of his time as the double champion:
Opinion: I like that they didn’t have some big moment where the belts went away. Just get rid of them quietly and let Reigns look like the solo champion, as there is no reason to make it something blown out of proportion. Reigns didn’t lose the title or anything like that so don’t bother making it into something it isn’t. It is going to be a big deal when Reigns loses the title, and now he is only going to have to drop one of his championships.
