Two more for the list. The Mae Young Classic begins filming later this month and that means the field is starting to get set. While we’re not even halfway through filling out the field, the numbers are starting to add up, including two new names that were announced for the tournament today.

According to WWE.com, twenty year old Australian Rhea Ripley and veteran Sage Beckett have become the fourteenth and fifteenth names in the field. Ripley is a former soccer player and has wrestled in both Australia and Japan. Beckett is an NXT talent who was trained by the Dudley Boyz and wrestled in TNA under the name Rosie Lottalove before losing well over 100lbs and completely changing both her look and style.

Opinion: The tournament is starting to shape up and the people involved are going to get one heck of a rub out of this. Just appearing on WWE programming is a major help for their careers and it should be interesting to see how many of them are signed to the company. That being said, the field needs some more familiar names to help balance things out a bit.
