Triple Threat: WWE Superstar Is First Ever To Achieve This Impressive Feat

Three in a row. WWE is quite the wrestling promotion, featuring three different television shows every week. In any given week, WWE presents Monday Night Raw, NXT and SmackDown. While NXT is the developmental show, it does occasionally feature main roster stars. That was the case this week, and now one such guest star has done something no one else has ever done.

This week’s Monday Night Raw was headlined by Judgment Day (Dominik Mysterio/Damian Priese) unsuccessfully challenging for the Tag Team Titles. The following night on NXT, Mysterio defeated Wes Lee in the show’s main event to win the North American Title. Finally, this week on SmackDown, Mysterio defeated Butch to retain the title in the show’s main event. This marks the first time in history that any wrestler has main evented all three shows in a week.

Opinion: Normally I would say something like you don’t see this every day but in this case you literally never see it anywhere. While this feels like more of a coincidence than anything else, it is rather impressive for anyone to be put in that spot three times straight. Judgment Day, especially Mysterio, has been presented as a big deal for a long time now and this is about as much proof of their status as you need.
