Who’s on third? The WWE is a bonafide media empire with its hands in a lot of different areas. While they have the wrestling itself, there is also music, books, the WWE Network, movies and more. With so many areas already covered, there are still several left to get involved in, with WWE currently focusing on podcasts. They have two down already and now a third is in the works.

WWE began launching a weekly podcast network earlier this year with a pair of offerings having already been established. This includes Corey Graves with After The Bell and New Day’s Power of Positivity. Both have been used to open things up a bit and let you see how things go behind the curtain. However, there is an area that has yet to be covered and the third podcast may address it.

According to PWInsider.com, Alexa Bliss is planned as the host of the next WWE podcast. While the name or details have not been confirmed, Bliss has been the planned host for several weeks now. She is scheduled to record a pilot episode in the coming weeks, though there is no word on when the podcast will launch. Bliss should also be able to wrestle, as has been the case with New Day.

Bliss has done some great things in WWE. Check out some of her better moments:

Opinion: Given the way the WWE women’s division has been going as of late, it makes a lot of sense to have a woman hosting one of their podcasts. At the same time, Bliss is someone who seems to be a lot of fun outside of the ring and she should be a blast hosting the show. The women’s division or just women in wrestling should have a podcast like this and Bliss seems like a great choice.
