That’s better than nothing. The SpeakingOut Movement was a pretty big deal for the wrestling world this year as a lot of wrestlers from all over the world were accused of various sexual misconduct. Several of these wrestlers had their careers either put on hold or effectively ended, though some of them have bounced back. On WWE name in particular seems to have done so, but it wasn’t without controversy.

Last week on NXT, the Velveteen Dream made a surprising return to both television and the ring as a surprise entrant in a triple threat match. This was Dream’s first appearance in about two months after he faced various accusations of his own. A lot of fans were not entirely pleased with his appearance and wanted some kind of an explanation. Now they have one and from a pretty high up source.

In an interview with CBS Sports, WWE COO Triple H addressed the situation, saying that the company investigated the allegations against Dream and found no evidence supporting the accusations. According to Triple H, Dream was out of actions for the last two months over a car accident suffered in June. There is no indication that dream will be punished further for the accusations against him.

I guess he’s back for good. Check out what NXT is getting back:

Opinion: I’m not sure what to think of this, but it’s better than giving no explanation. If WWE did a thorough investigation and was satisfied with what they found then that’s one thing, but given that one of the accusers claims he was not even contacted about the investigation, there might be a little bit lacking from the whole thing. It seems that Dream is back for good now though, and that might not be the best news.
