It’s what a leader does. There have been all kinds of issues going on in the United States as as of late and several of them have been a lot more serious than others. One of the biggest at the moment has been the result of the death of George Floyd, which has resulted in a variety of protests around the country. Several companies and individuals have publicly commented on the situation and now someone is doing so privately as well.

WWE is a major company and that means they are going to get more attention than any other wrestling promotion in the world. That may or may not be the best thing but it means that people are going to want to hear their response to the current situations. WWE has made its stance clear, but this weekend a group of wrestlers received a more private statement on the situation.

According to Wrestlinginc.com, Triple H spoke about the Black Lives Matter movement to the NXT roster on Sunday night after Takeover: In Your House. It was made clear that anyone who wanted to talk to him about any situation in private was welcome to do so. No one took him up on the matter publicly, though Triple H did give a speech about how he wanted everything to be better for everyone involved regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation or anything else. The speech was described as a powerful moment.

Triple H certainly seems proud of NXT. Check out some of his time there:

Opinion: I’m not sure if this is lip service or something legitimate, but I’m willing to give it the benefit of the doubt. If someone wants to take this up with Triple H, a conversation is the best way to do so and hearing that the door is open has to help things a bit. Hopefully this isn’t something that is a problem with anyone, but if it is, talking it out and then doing something about it is a good way to go.

Will the speech help? How has Triple H been while in charge of NXT? Let us know in the comments below.
