He dreams broken pages? To say 2020 was a strange year for wrestling and the world in general is an understatement. The Coronavirus pandemic changed everything at once and those changes are still being felt today. That will be the case for a long time, but there were some moments that took place which were rather positive. One of the biggest was Drew McIntyre becoming the new WWE Champion. That is quite the story, and now he has another story on the way.

McIntyre has had one of the better rises to the top in a long time, as the story is something that fans can appreciate. After coming into the WWE on fire in his original run, he was fired for not fitting in the right way, moved on to Impact Wrestling where he became a star, and then wound up back in WWE to become one of the biggest stars in the company. Now we will get to hear something new.

WWE has issued a press release announcing that McIntyre’s memoir on May 4, 2021. The book, titled “A Chosen Destiny: My Story” will chronicle McIntyre’s road to the WWE, his fall and departure from the company, followed by his return to the top of the company. McIntyre is currently in his second reign as WWE Champion and successfully defended his title against Goldberg at the Royal Rumble.

McIntyre has had a heck of a career. Check out what he has done to get here:

Opinion: Now this is something I could go for. I know that McIntyre has told the main parts of this story several times but putting it in book form is the kind of thing that lets you have even more details that you aren’t going to get elsewhere. McIntyre has come such a long way in such a short time that it has been incredible to see how much better he has gotten over the years.
