The battle of the brands continue. Earlier this week it was announced that “Monday Night Raw” will feature the returns of the Undertaker, Shawn Michaels and Brock Lesnar to help bolster the ratings against the NCAA National Championship game. It turns out that “Smackdown Live” seems to be following in its big brother’s footsteps by stacking next week’s show as well.

As announced on this week’s episode of “Smackdown Live”, next week’s show will include three matches: Natalya vs. Nikki Bella, American Alpha vs. the Wyatt Family in a rematch for the Smackdown Tag Team Titles and John Cena vs. Baron Corbin. This will be Cena’s first televised match since October’s “No Mercy 2016”.

If this is what we get on top of having to sit through the rather annoying “Smackdown Live” vs. “Monday Night Raw” (read as Shane McMahon vs. Stephanie McMahon) feud…..then I guess I’ll just have to live with these stacked shows. I’m not sure how much it’s going to help the ratings but at least the shows are big and the stories are getting better every single week. Now if only “Monday Night Raw” could catch up with the good show.
