No one has time for that. Any televised wrestling show has a lot to cover in a short amount of time. If something goes longer or shorter than expected, a change has to be made to balance that out elsewhere. It turns out that was the case this week when something went very long.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Maybe? Possible Good News On Injured WWE Star’s Return
This week’s SmackDown opened with the Bloodline Tribal Court, which ran over half an hour. According to PWInsider.com, the segment ran longer than planned and resulted in other segments during the show being cut. Opinion: This is something that happens occasionally and it can cause issues all around. It also explains a bit about the Kross vs. Styles match being so short, as you would have expected Kross to have a better showing than that. If nothing else, hopefully WWE can avoid this kind of thing in the future, as the segment was very good, but it also caused a bunch of issues later on.
