Next three up. There are all kinds of wrestlers on the WWE roster, to the point where the company can split its wrestlers into three different rosters. While Monday Night Raw and SmackDown are the main roster shows, NXT is right there as a third option. However, NXT is the developmental territory and a promotion means a lot for a star. Now three stars might be in for that treatment.
According to Wrestlinginc.com, NXT stars Brooks Jensen, Josh Briggs and Fallon Henley all appeared on this week’s edition of WWE Main Event, winning a tag match and singles match respectively. While not confirmed, this could mean that the three of them, who wrestle as a team in NXT, could be on their way to the main roster. Jensen and Briggs are former NXT UK Tag Team Champions.
Opinion: I don’t know if this is going to go anywhere but it is nice for the three of them to get a chance somewhere. It isn’t like there is a big audience for Main Event in the first place so even if things don’t go so well, the three can move back to NXT without much trouble. They could work well on a main roster, and it would be nice to see some NXT promotions again for a change.
What do you think of the trio? Would they work on the main roster? Let us know in the comments below.
