Three at once! We are officially done with WrestleMania 36 and that means it is time for a new season of WWE to begin. This week’s Monday Night Raw and SmackDown will serve as those shows as you will get to see a lot of fresh ideas from both shows. That can include seeing some new faces, with a lot of them coming from NXT. That was the case this year on SmackDown.

There is a lot of talent down in NXT and that can create a problem. Sometimes the wrestlers just do not have the opportunities to showcase themselves and that is not a good thing. If someone doesn’t click, it might already be time to move on to someone else. This time around though, a team didn’t exactly click and was promoted up to the main roster in a hurry.

This week on SmackDown, all three members of the Forgotten Sons (Jaxson Ryker, Wesley Blake and Steve Cutler) made their official main roster debuts. The team went on to defeat the Lucha House Party in a tag team match with Ryker as the odd man out. Commentary made it clear that this was a permanent call up, which follows Bianca Belair officially joining the Monday Night Raw roster earlier this week.

Meet the new guys. Check out the team’s debut:

Opinion: I’m not sure I get this one as it feels more like something out of the Riddick Moss playbook. This comes off as WWE not having anything else for the team to do and calling them up for the sake of not having a reason to release them. The Forgotten Sons didn’t do anything for me in NXT but apparently they impressed WWE enough to get this spot. Maybe it can be better than their time in NXT, which would be a nice surprise.

Do you like the callup? How will the trio do on SmackDown? Let us know in the comments below.
