The list continues to grow. We’re three weeks away from the Royal Rumble and in the last few days, the lineups for the Royal Rumble matches have exploded. After only having a handful of names in either match, both are now over a third of the way full. That trend continued on Sunday, as even more names from both brands were added to one of the matches.
On Sunday, Bobby Lashley, Samoa Joe and Intercontinental Champion Dean Ambrose all announced their entrances into the Royal Rumble match. All three announcements came at house shows and were all released as videos on WWE’s Twitter account. With these names being announced, there are now eleven entrants into the men’s Royal Rumble match with five coming from Monday Night Raw and six from SmackDown Live.
And here they are. Check out all three announcements:
Opinion: This match is really starting to be stacked. Most of the eleven men already entered are some top stars and while they might not all be realistically potential winners, they’re the kinds of names that aren’t going to feel like filler when they appear in the match. That can get very annoying in the Royal Rumble and it’s nice to see some of the bigger names included.
Which of these is the most likely winner? Who else do you want to see in the match? Let us know in the comments below.
