They're In: Two Pro Wrestlers Set To Appear On The Amazing Race

Another kind of contest. Wrestlers are a lot of things, but ultimately it is presented as a competition. The wrestlers are trying to defeat each other through a variety of means, some of which are different than others. It can be interesting to see how the different personalities come together, and now two wrestlers are going to be trying their hand at another competition.

CTV has announced that Impact Wrestling’s Gail Kim and Gisele Shaw will be participating in the next season of the Amazing Race: Canada, which debuts next Tuesday. Shaw is an active member of the Impact Wrestling roster while Kim works for the company as a producer. Former Impact Wrestling stars Brooke Adams and Robbie E. competed on the American version of the show in 2014.

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that fits rather well and it should be interesting to see how the pair do on the show. If nothing else, it is cool to see wrestlers getting out of the ring for a change and trying something else. Shaw is a current star and Kim is an absolute legend so they could make for quite the team. If nothing else, this should bring Impact Wrestling a bit of publicity.
