They're Not Happy: Fans React To WWE Star Returning On SmackDown

Not everyone can be a hit. There are all kinds of WWE stars on the roster and several of them were brought back within the last year after the mass releases of 2020-2021. Some of these have been quite the success, but there are others which have not gone so well. You can usually tell one of the weaker ones when you see it, but in this case the fans are letting us know.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: He’s A Big Player: Solo Sikoa Had Something To Say After Last Week’s Bloodline Ordeal

Last week on SmackDown, Lacey Evans lost a Money In The Bank qualifying match to Zelina Vega. This was only Evans’ fourth televised match of the year and she came to the ring wearing a military hat and sunglasses, as per her time in the Marine Corps. Following the show, some fans expressed their dissatisfaction with Evans, saying that WWE needed to release her. Here are some of the comments:

Opinion: I can get the frustration with Evans, who has gone through one different look after another, often with little reasoning behind the changes. There is enough talent there to make a run at something, but for one reason or another, nothing has actually stuck. Hopefully WWE comes up with a way to make it work, but they haven’t been able to figure it out just yet.
