It was a busy night. There are certain ways to shake things up in WWE and one of the biggest is the Draft. The two night event allows wrestlers from Monday Night Raw and SmackDown to switch places for one of the only times all year. That is how WWE has changed things around more often than not and they have done it again here, albeit in a huge way.

WWE has held the first half of its 2023 Draft, with the first night taking place on SmackDown. Each brand received eight selections, which could include singles wrestlers, tag teams or some groups, plus select NXT stars. Here are the wrestlers drafted on SmackDown, as well as the other names drafted on Saturday during the SmackDown Low Down supplemental draft:

Opinion: This is one heck of a shakeup and the interesting thing is that we are only halfway done. With this out of the way, you can see the makings of a main event scene on Monday Night Raw, which will now have the new World Heavyweight Title. Other than that, you have some names coming up from NXT to bring in some fresh blood. We should be in for another interesting night on Monday, so now things could get even wackier.
