They’re ready. WWE presents a variety of shows throughout the year and a lot of them have a tendency to run together. At the same time, there are some shows which are a lot more important than others and are presented as such. It can be a big deal when one of those shows come around, especially if WWE is putting in some extra effort. That appears to be taking place again with an upcoming show.

WWE has announced that NXT New Year’s Evil will take place on January 7 at the Shrine Expo Hall in Los Angeles, California. According to PWInsider.com by way of Wrestlingnews.co, there is a good deal of “excitement about producing NXT out of the legendary venue”. This has included NXT wrestlers and officials have been visiting the venue to plan out the show. So far the two matches announced for the show will see Giulia challenging Roxanne Perez for the NXT Women’s Title and Trick Williams defending the NXT Title against Oba Femi.

Opinion: It makes sense that NXT is excited about getting to go on the road, especially in this kind of a venue. They do not get to do something like that very often and it should make for a big moment when they get to do it here. Hopefully the show can live up to the hype, which would make things all the better as they begin the new year with quite the potential bang.
