That’s not what they said. WWE is less than a week away from presenting its latest event from Saudi Arabia, with King And Queen Of The Ring. The show will be centered around the show’s namesake matches, but there is more to it than just that. There will be a World Title match on the card, but another title will not be on the line at the same time. Now we know what WWE was thinking.

At the event, WWE Universal Champion Cody Rhodes will defend his title against United States Champion Logan Paul, whose title will not be on the line. The match was originally billed as champion vs. champion and winner take all, but was changed when Paul objected to the stipulations. According to Wrestling Observer Radio, the change was made to put more heat on Paul, as fans would be angry with him for backing out of his title defense.

Paul is rather good at getting heat. Check out what he has been doing lately:

Opinion: This makes sense as Paul is someone who can draw all kinds of heat no matter what he is doing, but making him come off like a coward out to protect his belt is even better. It also prevents the option of Rhodes winning the title and either holding both or simply vacating the US Title, so this could be worst. They should be in for a solid match, and now we have a more logical setup for the whole thing.
