According to Fightful Select, both returns are connected to the debut of Collision, the upcoming Saturday show, as both are expected to be part of its roster. There is no word on when either will return to the ring, though Rosa’s back is still reportedly severely injured. Rosa has not wrestled since August 10, 2022 and Miro has not wrestled since September 4, 2022.

Opinion: This is the start of a major event, and it should be interesting to see where AEW goes from here. At the end of the day, AEW needs to be shaken up a bit to see what else they can do, and having a split roster could make things interesting. That being said, it won’t matter if AEW can’t balance things out on both shows, which can be quite the challenge indeed.
