That’s where it’s going. There is so much content in WWE’s film library that it could never conceivably all be seen. The company has presented so much over the years and due to the rise of digital media, there is a way for far more fans to be able to see it than ever before. However, some of that media is expected to leave in the near future, but now we know more about where it can be seen again.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: The Famous One: Interesting Update On WWE’s Planning For Annual Post-Christmas MSG Show

Earlier this week, a countdown appeared on Peacock, revealing that most NXT content would be removed from the service next week. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the older NXT episodes will be added to the CW App starting next month. This comes as NXT moves to the CW weekly starting on October 1. There is no word on how many NXT shows will be available on the platform.

Opinion: What matters the most is having the content available somewhere, even if this is not exactly the most convenient move. I’m not wild on the idea of having the content spread around a variety of places like this, but having it on multiple apps is better than not having it anywhere at all. It would not surprise me to see the WWE library split up even more, which is quite frustrating but it is what makes them the most money, which is what matters the most for the company.
