The New One: International Wrestling Star Makes Surprise WWE Debut At NXT Stand & Deliver

Nice to meet you. There are all kinds of talented stars in the wrestling world and many of them do not work for any of the major promotions. It can make a big difference when one of them is brought into either WWE or AEW. Promotions would often like to have many of these wrestlers and now it seems that WWE has picked up one of the bigger international stars around.

Former Stardom wrestler Giulia made a surprise appearance at this weekend’s NXT Stand & Deliver, sitting in the crowd next to NXT executive William Regal. This is how future NXT stars have been introduced throughout the years. Giulia recently finished up her commitments with Stardom and is a free agent. According to Fightful select, she is expected to start in NXT next month.

Opinion: Giulia coming to WWE is not the biggest surprise but there is something so cool about seeing someone actually showing up in NXT as it makes things feel official. I’m curious to see what she does in WWE as she was already quite the success in Stardom. WWE can always use some fresh talent and it is also noteworthy that a top free agent signed with WWE over AEW for a change.
