The Hardys Set For Match On Next Week's NXT

Welcome back. There have been all kinds of stars throughout WWE’s history and at some point, almost all of them have to leave the company to go do something else. That does not mean their time with the company is completely over though as there is often the chance that they could come back for another appearance later on. We are going to be seeing that again next week.

This week on NXT, the No Quarter Catch Crew interrupted a Fraxiom interview and issued a challenge to the TNA Tag Team Champions, the Hardys. Later in the show, the Hardys made an appearance from elsewhere, accepting the challenge. They also invited Fraxiom to watch the match in person. This will be the Hardys first match on a WWE show since leaving the promotion in 2019.

Opinion: I’m not sure I’m overly surprised that the Hardys are going to be back in WWE in one way or another and I’m curious to see what happens. If nothing else, there is a chance that they could win the NXT Tag Team Titles, which would be one of the few major titles that they have not won throughout their careers. This is quite the guest starring role, and it makes the NXT/TNA crossover feel that much more important.
