AEW’s Paul Wight has posted to Instagram, revealing that he is back in the gym training after having his knees and hips replaced. Wight, 52 years old, has not wrestled since the Chris Jericho Cruise earlier this year, after which he said he would need to get his knee fixed. There is no word on when or if Wight will be able to return to the ring. He has only wrestled seven times over the last four years.

Wight has had quite the career. Check out his time around the wrestling world:
Opinion: At the end of the day, the fact that someone of Wight’s size is still able to be in the kind of shape that he is in at 52 years old is rather impressive. His size is going to cause a variety of problems over the years and thankfully he has been able to get fixed up to solve some of those issues. I’m not sure how much more he is going to be able to do in the ring, but at least he is doing that much better.
What do you think of Wight’s time in AEW? Who should he face in his final match? Let us know in the comments below.
