That's What's Wrong: Update On Drew McIntyre's Issues With WWE, What's Wrong

That’s a tricky situation. There are all kinds of ways for WWE to present a story, some of which have been done for years to varying degrees of success. Those stories keep coming up for a reason, but the story has to be the right fit for the right person. Now though, one major WWE star does not seem happy with the story they are being presented and it is causing some issues.

Drew McIntyre has been missing from WWE television since losing an Intercontinental Title match at WrestleMania 39. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, McIntyre’s absence is due to a creative issue, as both sides know what they want though they have to come together on something. McIntyre’s contract is expected to expire this year but his time away, currently at about a month and a half, could be added to his deal, along with any other time he misses. It is not clear if WWE will be doing this.

McIntyre is great when he is around. Check out some of what he can do:

Opinion: This is something that could go well if the two sides could come together, as McIntyre is someone who can do just about anything in WWE. At the end of the day, you do not get stars on that level very often and it would be a shame to have him miss a ton of time. Maybe one side or the other can come up with something better, as having McIntyre sitting on the sidelines doesn’t work for anyone.
