Double it up. You might not remember it but we are less than six days away from Tables, Ladders And Chairs to wrap up the WWE pay per view calendar for the year. There has not been a ton of time between Survivor Series and Sunday’s show and WWE does not seem to know how to set everything up. Coming into this week, there were only three matches set up for the show. That changed in a big way on Monday Night.

This week on Monday Night Raw, three more matches were announced for the Tables, Ladders And Chairs card. The show opened with a divorce meeting between Rusev and Lana, but Rusev refused to sign the papers until he received something. That would be a match against Bobby Lashley, with Lashley agreeing to make Rusev sign the papers. Rusev would go on to put Lashley through a table and a tables match was made for Sunday.

Those tables just have bad luck. Check out how we got to Sunday:

Second was Buddy Murphy vs. Aleister Black, which has been set up over the last few weeks. Two weeks ago, Murphy had knocked on Black’s door, after weeks of Black asking for someone to come and pick a fight with him. Black responded by attacking Murphy the following week, with the match being set up for Tables, Ladders And Chairs this week. The match will not have a stipulation.

Consider it a preview. Check out Black going after Murphy:

Finally, over the course of the night, the Kabuki Warriors attacked both Charlotte and Becky Lynch. Later in the night, the Warriors requested that Lynch and Charlotte challenge them for Tables, Ladders And Chairs. That would be the case later on in the night, with Charlotte wanting the match to be for the titles and to make it a TLC match. This will be the first ever women’s tag team TLC match.

It would make me want to fight. Check out Charlotte getting jumped:

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that they needed to do to set things up. It isn’t a good sign to have three matches on a card just six days before the pay per view, but at least they now have something close to the amount of matches needed for a regular card. I’m sure we’ll be seeing a few more added later this week, but it’s a little bit better than what we had earlier this year.
