They have a request. WWE has several resources that other promotions do not have at their disposal. This includes its own in-house training facility and developmental program, which has produced several current WWE stars. According to Wrestling Observer Radio, some wrestlers are unhappy with the way they are trained in NXT and would rather train on their own. It is not clear what aspects of the official NXT training regiment that they dislike. This comes after multiple wrestlers were recently hurt, and according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, some are blaming the new strength and conditioning coach. The new coach focuses on strength training while the previous one focused more on athleticism. This includes lifting often, which has put stress on joints, which some have speculated has led to more injuries.

NXT has been in an interesting way lately. Check out some of what they have been doing:

Opinion: If these injuries have been piling up since the new coach took over, there is a very real chance that the two things are connected. So many wrestlers getting hurt out of nowhere is not something you want to see and it would not be a surprise if one led to the other. If that continues to be the case, I would hope that NXT makes a change sooner than later before even more bad things happen.

What do you think of the situation? How can NXT deal with the problem? Let us know in the comments below.
