Different sports can have differing results when it comes to athletes making the jump to wrestling but mixed martial arts has done well in recent years. The sport makes for some talented wrestlers, but now we are going to see things from a different perspective.

Last week, a match, billed as a fight, was made for Summerslam between Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler, who have been feuding in recent weeks. This week on Monday Night Raw, it was announced that the match would take place under Mixed Martial Arts rules, though it was not clear what that would mean. Both Rousey and Baszler fought in the UFC before making the jump to professional wrestling.

Opinion: I get the idea here and it is a rare instance where something like this makes sense. Rousey vs. Baszler is a feud that has been built up for a little while now and it would be great to see them have a huge fight with Baszler getting a great rub. What matters here is sticking the landing, as the build has already been set up well nough to make me want to see the match.
