That’s A New One: Roman Reigns Is Going To Be Wrestling On New Year’s Eve In A Very Unique Place

So he’s busy on the holidays? We are coming up on the end of the year and that means a lot of things. Not only does it mean that we are on the way to a new year and a new decade, but also a look back at things that have taken place over the year itself. It also means big celebrations to wrap up the year and one of those celebrations is going to include some wrestling.

Roman Reigns is one of the biggest stars in the wrestling world and arguably the biggest full time star in WWE today. While he may not be the most popular star in the world, he has a certain presence to him that makes it easy to put him on television and get some attention. When you can couple a special appearance with wrestling, it would seem to be right up Reigns’ alley.

According to Deadline.com, Roman Reigns will be wrestling on New Year’s Eve in New York City as part of Fox’s New Year’s Eve With Steve Harvey: Live From Times Square. At the moment there are no details on who Reigns will be facing or if he will be doing anything else on the show. The show starts at 8pm EST, with a tape delayed broadcast airing for the Mountain and Pacific time zones.

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that you have to expect from WWE now that they are in a partnership with FOX. It’s one of the biggest chances that WWE will have to show off their talents on such a huge stage, as a lot of people are going to be watching the broadcast. I can’t imagine this is going to be a long match or anything significant, but it should be a unique setting if nothing else.
