This week’s SmackDown aired from the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and featured a promo exchange between John Cena and Paul Heyman. At one point Cena said that the show was sold out and Heyman thanked Cena for the house. According to WrestleTix, this show marked the 8th consecutive SmackDown to sell over 10,000 tickets. Opinion: That is the kind of streak that you do not see very often and it shows what kind of momentum WWE has right now. The company is offering something that people want to see and now they have the numbers to back it up. I’m not sure how long they can keep such a streak going, but eight weeks is a very long time in wrestling. WWE has gone that long drawing very strong attendances and that is a heck of a trick to pull off.
