That's Impressive: Former WWE Star Reveals Awesome Weight Loss

That’s an improvement. There are all kinds of things that wrestlers have to take care of and some of them are a lot more complicated than others. Some of them involve their health, which can be difficult to keep track of on a regular basis. One former wrestling star has done quite a bit since she retired and now one of those changes has made quite the impact on her health.

Former WWE star Nia Jax has revealed that WWE’s Charlotte has been helping her get in better shape and lose weight, including sending her workouts and offering motivation. Jax said that she started back in October and since then, Charlotte has helped her lose 48 pounds. Since being released from WWE in November 2021, Jax has only wrestled once, appearing in the 2023 Women’s Royal Rumble in a surprise. Check out a photo of Jax’s new look:

Opinion: That is quite the impressive feat as Jax has done something rather difficult. Jax’s size was a common criticism during her time in WWE and if nothing else, it could help with her knee issues over the years. At the same time, Charlotte deserves a lot of praise for helping Jax with her efforts. It is something a lot of people can’t do but she has been completely successful and good for her.
